Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for ReadyStudy Premium subscriptions. How your purchase is handled depends on where you bought it.

Existing web subscriptions

The older parent web service remains separate from the replacement app. Existing subscriptions purchased on the web are billed by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, acting as the merchant of record. You may cancel a web subscription at any time; access to Premium continues until the end of the current billing period and does not renew after cancellation.

You may request a refund within 14 days of a purchase or renewal by contacting us at hello@readystudy.app with the email used at checkout. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Where required by applicable consumer law, your statutory refund and cancellation rights continue to apply and are not limited by this policy.

App store purchases

Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed and renewed by that store. Cancellations and refunds for those purchases are handled under the applicable store's policies. For Apple purchases, request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play purchases, use Google Play's refund process. We cannot guarantee a store's refund decision. Deleting app data, uninstalling the app or deleting a parent account does not cancel a subscription. Your statutory consumer rights continue to apply.

Managing your subscription

In the current app, open For Parents, then Settings, to restore purchases or open subscription management. Use the Apple or Google account that made the purchase. Manage or cancel a store subscription inApple's subscription settingsor Google Play's subscription settings. Store subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled under the store's terms. Existing web subscriptions are managed separately from the Billing page in the older parent web service. Contact us if an earlier purchase does not restore.
