The fastest way to reach us is email: hello@readystudy.app. Include a description of the problem, your app version and the session ID shown in For Parents, then Settings. If you linked a parent account, include its email. For purchase help, include the store and receipt or order ID, never card details. We aim to reply within two business days.

Older lessons and quizzes

The replacement app's For Parents area contains student settings and learning progress. Older lesson uploads, quiz generation and AI chat remain in the separate parent web service. Contact us for help with older content or a subscription that does not restore.
